Through Compassionate Return, Sheila Menezes MS, CPCC and her team, provide Executive Coaching, Leadership Training, Facilitation and EQ-i 2.0 / EQ 360 Assessments and debriefs. We empathically support clients to creatively imagine, realistically plan, and gradually attain the quality of life, work, and relationships they hope for. Our goal is to help people learn skills of connection, clarity, and collaboration to build cultures of empathy. Founder and Coach, Sheila, is certified through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), trained by Gabor Maté in his Compassionate Inquiry psychotherapeutic approach to trauma healing with the first CI BIPOC cohort, a Nonviolent Communication (NVC) Certification Candidate, and a certified EQ-i 2.0 / EQ 360 practitioner. She has brought NVC into San Quentin State Prison with the Safer Communities Project since 2015, and facilitated classes for VOEG (Victim-Offender Education Group) with the Insight Prison Project since 2016. Compassionate Return’s approach fosters hopefulness grounded in a vision of holistic wellbeing, equity, transformative justice, and antiracism. We hold sacred our shared humanity, alongside the unique depth and uncanny wisdom that each of us individually stewards.
